For a respite from school Field Camp guided a group of boys up to Highlands and Brevard, North Carolina for early spring hikes and nature study.  The boys practiced outdoor cooking skills and enjoyed waterfall hiking at Dry Falls (anything but dry!).  Later the boys were able to hike to the top of Black Balsam off the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway.  A stop at Elachee Nature Center in Georgia topped of a great week!
