
Leo Lane – Program Director
A native of Atlanta, Leo grew up in Wilderness Works after joining the program in fourth grade. He graduated from G. W. Carver High School prior to being accepted into a dual enrollment program at Emory University.
Leo always recalled the exhilaration of whitewater rafting trips in Tennessee and later, in Colorado he guided youth groups in the Collegiate Peaks of Colorado.
As the Field Camp Youth Experience Program Director, Leo is passionate about sharing his enthusiasm for the outdoors with a new generation of Atlanta’s youth to help them experience the self-reliance and life skills that natural adventures create.

Dylan Moore – Field Camp Program Coordinator
As Field Camp Program Coordinator, Dylan Moore uses ample wilderness experience to design enriching backcountry trips for Field Camp participants. Dylan is well-versed in the use of gear and teaches related skills.
Dylan has extensive backpacking and trail experience on the Appalachian Trail, Mount Rainier National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Wind River Range, Pisgah National Forest and the Florida Trail. Dylan is a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS).
Dylan is a talented artist and musician in addition to his services at Field Camp.
